The Plan
The approach used by Blessed & Inspired is very different from former and current models of grief. The “get it all out” and emote philosophy doesn’t have a place here. Neither does anger, denial, or depression. These emotions are real and valid. When present, they must be tended to by mental health professionals. They are not the goal with Blessed & Inspired.
By following scripture, we find the answer. FIND SCRIPTURE FOR THESE
Accept: At pivotal points in our lives, it is time to see the good, the bad, and the ugly. This wisdom is God's truth found in His word.
Confess: Turn and proclaim His good deeds.
Let Go: Leave It at the foot of the cross.
Grateful: Remember the miracles God has done for us.
Be Still: Watch the awesome wonders of the Lord.
